The plaster and primer concentrate from Pufas can be diluted with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:4. This makes the mixture ideal for strengthening porous and sanding substrates such as concrete, brick, aerated concrete, plaster and similar mineral substrates. But also for reducing the absorbency of highly absorbent substrates, such as aerated concrete, or as a protective coating indoors. The plaster and adhesion primer is also suitable for priming e.g. concrete, cement screed, anhydride and dry screed and similar mineral substrates. Not suitable for priming magnesia screed. The concentrate dries transparently, creates evenly absorbent substrates and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
First of all, make sure that the substrate is dry and free from release agents such as formwork oil and grease. In addition, poorly adhering paints, loose plaster and distemper should be removed with wallpaper stripper. Then dilute the concentrate with water according to the substrate (see info download). Then apply the primer to the substrate with a brush or sprayer. Once the primer has dried, the surface can be painted, wallpapered, filled or glued. The plaster and adhesion primer can also be used undiluted as a protective coating for mineral substrates and emulsion paints indoors.
Consumption:
depending on application ratio approx. 150 - 300 ml/m² | Sufficient for approx. 8 - 16 m²
