With the solvent-free and plasticizer-free wallpaper primer, you can color differences on all mineral substrates such as concrete, gypsum plaster, lime and cement plaster, firmly adhering emulsion paint coats, as well as plasterboard and others Level drywall sheets. This is ideal for light-colored, translucent non-woven wallpaper in particular, as you can create uniformly white, evenly absorbent and non-slip surfaces in just one operation. But the wallpaper base is also suitable for interior renovation work where a white background is required. The wallpaper base can also be tinted with universal tinting concentrates or full-tone and tinting paints (maximum 10%). The drying time is approx. 6-8 hours under normal conditions (+20 °C, 65% relative humidity, moderately absorbent substrate), with unfavorable conditions correspondingly longer drying time.
The surface you want to paint should be dry, firm, level, stable and free of dust and grease. Cracks, holes and unevenness must be repaired with a suitable filler before painting, and loose material, poorly adhering paint, old wallpaper or distemper must be removed beforehand. Highly absorbent, sanding and chalking substrates should be primed beforehand. Stir the paint well before use and apply with a roller, brush, paint brush, flat brush or suitable spray device. Clean the tools with water immediately after use.
Caution! Dangerous respirable droplets can form when spraying. Do not breathe aerosol or mist. Use combination filter A2/P2 for spraying work.
