Pufas Flash Cement is a fast-setting, weather-resistant repair mortar for interior and exterior use. It is ideal for fixing and anchoring building components (such as hinges, shelf brackets, dowels, railings) and for quickly repairing holes and cracks in mineral substrates, e.g. lime, cement and gypsum plaster, concrete, aerated concrete, bricks, etc. The mortar also has a high compressive strength and is corrosion-inhibiting.
First ensure that the substrate is load-bearing and free from separating agents (dust, formwork oil, etc.). Highly absorbent, sanding and chalking substrates must be pre-treated. The flash cement is sprinkled with clear, cold water (100g powder in 25 ml water). Stir vigorously until a lump-free mortar is formed. Immediately pour the mixed compound into the area to be repaired with a spatula and smooth the surface. The working time is 3 -5 minutes. Fixed components can be loaded after 24 hours. Clean used tools with water immediately after use.

Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if possible.
