The facade filler FA5 from pufamur is a ready-to-use plastic dispersion for filling cracks and holes, for leveling and smoothing facades, wall and ceiling surfaces and for embedding reinforcement tape. The filler can be used on all mineral substrates (e.g. concrete, masonry, fiber cement panels, gypsum, lime and cement plaster), dispersion and facade paints, synthetic resin plaster and similar surfaces with an application thickness of up to 5 mm . In addition, the facade filler hardens without cracks, is easy to smooth and is also fiber-reinforced to ensure high strength.
Make sure that the subsurface is firm, dry, stable and free from separating agents (dust, formwork oil, etc.). If the substrate is very absorbent, sanding or chalky, pre-treat it with deep primer. Holes and cracks should also be filled with a suitable filler. The ready-to-use filler FA5 must be stirred before use. Press the repair compound into the damaged areas (cracks or holes) and smooth out. If applied over the entire surface, the mass can be applied up to a layer thickness of 5mm. If a stronger application is required, after the first application has dried, a second application can be made. Note that the filler is not suitable for full filling of the facade. The compound can be applied with a trowel, metal filler or airless. The surface can then be reground.
