Fill-Finish S50 light from pufamur is an all-round light filler for all mineral substrates (plaster, concrete, aerated concrete, etc.), as well as emulsion paint coatings, gypsum plasterboard, gypsum fiber boards and other drywall panels indoors. The filler is ideal for smoothing plaster, concrete, aerated concrete and masonry, for spot filling or for full-surface filling of gypsum boards in surface quality Q3-Q4. But also for finishing filling of pre-filled gypsum board joints in surface quality Q2 and for joint filling after Q1 of gypsum boards with the edge shapes HRAK (Vario) and AK using joint tape, the filler is ideally suited. In addition, you can use it to rework structural plaster and glass fabric as well as to embed filler non-woven. The smoothed surfaces then form an optimal substrate for subsequent wallpapering and painting work. The light filler is very economical, dries quickly, is easy to sand and can also be extended to zero for smooth filling.
Ensure that the substrate is solid, dry, clean, stable and free from separating components and sinter layers or substances that promote corrosion. Also check old coatings and wallpapers to be painted over for their load-bearing capacity. Coatings that are not load-bearing and waste paper or paste residues must be thoroughly removed. If present, mold and other infestations by microorganisms must be pre-treated. Surfaces that are heavily soiled with soot, nicotine, grease or similar substances must be pre-cleaned. First fill deeper holes or cracks with a suitable filler. If necessary, the substrate should be primed. After the filler has been stirred, it can be applied with a filler, a suitable airless spray device or a spiral pump. A maximum layer thickness of 3 mm (for surface qualities Q3-Q4) must be observed. After application, immediately clean the tools used with water.
