Paint Stripper BA Uni 750g by Meyer - Biodegradable and environmentally friendly

Meyers's paint stripper is ideal for removing paints based on oil, cellulose, synthetic resins, asphalt, chlorinated rubber, emulsion paints and much more. The BA Uni paint stripper is environmentally friendly and biodegradable, as it is free of methylene chloride and aromatics. The paint stripper is pasty, opaque and water-emulsifiable and also has a pleasant fruity smell. You can remove several layers of paint and varnish in one go, as the agent retains its effect for up to 72 hours.

The paint stripper can be easily applied with a brush or roller, for example, or alternatively you can place the object to be stripped in an immersion bath. Surfaces insulated with polystyrene hard foam must not be treated with the paint stripper, exotic woods should be tested for compatibility on a non-visible area beforehand.

Application:

Before applying the paint stripper, cover the surrounding area sufficiently to protect plastics and fibres. The paint stripper is ready to use and only needs to be stirred briefly before use. Then it can be applied with suitable tools - brush, roller, tassel, etc. - in a thickness of 2 - 3 mm. - It can then be applied to the surface to be stripped in a 2 - 3 mm thick layer. Alternatively, objects to be stripped can also be placed in an immersion bath. After approx. 20 minutes, the paint stripper starts to work. For thicker layers or more difficult lacquers, the stripping time can be up to 24 hours. After sufficient exposure time, the swollen paint film can be removed with a spatula and any residues washed off with water and a sponge or brush. Clean the tools used with water immediately after use. Store the paint remover in a cool place and keep the container tightly closed.

Consumption: approx. 300-500 g/m² | sufficient for an area of 1.5 - 2.5 m².

Caution/Danger: Paint remover: Flammable liquid and vapour. Repeated contact may cause brittle or cracked skin. May cause drowsiness and dizziness. If medical advice is needed, have container or label at hand. Keep out of the reach of children. Read label before use. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Keep container tightly closed. Do not breathe vapour. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. . Wear protective gloves / protective clothing / eye protection / face protection. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove all contaminated clothing immediately. Wash skin with water or shower. INHALATION: Remove person to fresh air and ensure unobstructed breathing. If you feel unwell, call a POISON CENTRE / doctor. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice / attention. In case of fire: Use CO2, extinguishing powder or water spray to extinguish. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool. Dispose of contents / container in accordance with regional regulations.
