The ready-to-use and solvent-free dispersion adhesive for cellulose and glass fleece from Herbol can be applied with a roller, airless or paste machine without time-consuming mixing. After 8-10 hours of drying, the adhesive is transparent and can be worked over. It is suitable for structural fleeces and paintable fleeces indoors on new and old load-bearing substrates such as plaster, gypsum plaster or concrete. Depending on the type of fleece, a consumption of approx. 150-250 g/m² can be expected as an adhesive application. The container size is 16 kg. The adhesive can be stored unopened in the original container for approx. 1/2 year.
The wall/ceiling must be clean, sound, dry, load-bearing and free from efflorescence, fungal attack and separating agents. Furthermore, it should be free of soiling such as soot and chalking components. Repair holes, damage or defects with suitable filler/filler. The adhesive can be applied directly to the wall with a roller, paste or airless applicator. Then apply the fleece to the wall and press it down, then smooth it out. Then allow to dry for approx. 8-10 hours. The tools used should be cleaned thoroughly with water.
