The repair & damp room filler is a ready-to-use dispersion-based filler for repairing wall and ceiling surfaces. Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, cellars and garages. The fibre reinforcement of the product ensures high strength. For filling cracks and holes and smoothing unevenness in living areas and damp rooms (such as kitchens, bathrooms, cellars and garages). Can be used on concrete, lime, gypsum and cement plaster, masonry, emulsion paint coats, synthetic resin plasters and similar substrates. Not suitable for levelling work on wood, plastic and metal.
Substrate pre-treatment:
Remove any mould infestation with mould remover. The substrate must be dry, sound and free from dust, grease and other separating agents. Prime highly absorbent substrates.
Application:
The levelling compound is easy to smooth and hardens without cracks. Press into the damaged area and smooth off. For full-surface application, the maximum layer thickness is 5 mm. If a thicker layer is required, a further layer can be applied after the first layer has dried completely. After drying, the levelled areas can be sanded, painted, wallpapered or pasted over if necessary.
