The transparent 2 in 1 parquet varnish by Wilckens in silk mat or glossy is a water-dilutable, gloss-stable acrylate-copolymer-dispersion. It allows you to apply primer and top coat in one operation and is particularly suitable for sealing cork, parquet and wooden floors, wooden stairs and furniture. Easy to work with, with a very good flow. Furthermore, the paint is low odor, because it is low in pollutants and solvents and also water dilutable and environmentally friendly, awarded with The Blue Angel. It dries crystal clear, is permanently elastic, with excellent light and weather resistance. A hard-wearing paint with very good chemical and detergent resistance. The fast drying allows early sanding of the intermediate coatings.
Processing advise: Before use, please always read carefully and follow the identification label with danger and safety instruction. The substrate must be clean, dry, free of grease and rust, and load-bearing. Loose and unstable old paint parts must be removed. Sand adhering old coats well (wear a dust mask!). Stir well before use. The product is suitable for spraying, painting or rolling.
Paint build-up
a) Pre-treat substrate accordingly
b) 1 - 2 primer coats approx. 5 % diluted with water
c) After 6 hours sand down intermediate coats (wear dust mask)
d) 2 - 3 top coats with parquet lacquer 2in1 undiluted
Danger/Caution: Store in a cool, but frost-free place - do not use at temperatures below + 8 °C, do not use at high temperatures (sunlight) - keep out of the reach of children - medical advice is required, have packaging or identification label ready - do not inhale spray and mist - use combination filter A2/P2 for spraying work, use dust filter P2 for grinding work - eat, Avoid drinking and smoking while using the paint - ensure sufficient ventilation during and after application and drying - rinse thoroughly with water immediately in case of contact with eyes or skin - do not allow to enter the sewerage system, water or soil - only give empty containers for recycling, return liquid material residues to the collection point for old paints - the usual protective measures must also be observed when processing low-pollutant paints

The drying time depends on the substrate (at 20°C, 65% rel. humidity):
Lower temperatures and higher humidity increase the drying time!
