The solvent-free PUFAS Ready-to-use Filler FS is ideally suited for quickly repairing damaged areas in interior walls or ceilings. The dispersion-based filler is ready to use and smooth, making it easy to apply. This makes it easy to fill cracks and holes and to smooth out unevenness. The filler hardens without cracking and can be sanded after drying if necessary. You can apply the filler to all mineral substrates (e.g. concrete, masonry, gypsum, lime and cement plaster) as well as plasterboard and emulsion paint coats. Drying time is 4 - 7 hours depending on the layer thickness, absorbency of the substrate and ambient temperature.
Ensure that the substrate is dry, load-bearing and free from separating agents (dust, formwork oil, etc.). Then remove old wallpaper, poorly adhering paints and loose plaster from the wall or ceiling. Pre-fill deep holes and break-outs with filler. Highly absorbent, sanding or chalking substrates should be primed with Primer before use. Knead the tube well before use. Press the filler into the damaged area in the wall or ceiling surface and smooth with a spatula. For full-surface application, max. layer thickness 5 mm. Clean tools with water immediately after use. You can sand, paint over, wallpaper or paste over the surface after it has dried.
Consumption:
approx. 1.7 kg/m² at 1 mm application thickness.
